(October 30, 2019, 5:46 pm)The whole buying experience was amazing! Matt Henson was a great salesman. I never felt pressured and he was very genuine and friendly. I drove all the way from Austin to make this purchase and cannot recommend Gunn Honda and Matt enough!
To also follow up, the back license plate holder had one faulty bolt hole so Matt told me he would have to order one from Audi to replace it. Not only did he follow up one day later saying he had placed the order for the bracket, it arrived within one week to my home. This is above and beyond great customer service, Matt you are awesome and should be praised for such great customer service and Gunn Honda as well. I wish you a wonderful career there man! -

(October 12, 2019, 11:23 am)They have always done a good job for us. Quick service, helpful people, no pushy up selling - just recommendations of what you might want to consider. I appreciate that. I like to follow the recommended maintenance schedule but I don’t like being pushed to get things that aren’t really necessary. We will continue to use their service department.

(October 2, 2019, 8:10 pm)I love this dealership, I will purchase all my vehicles from them in the future. I did my research on what car I wanted, went in and purchased it. The car was already 2K lower than any other one within 200 miles, then the finance department actually got me a better deal then I came in with from my bank. If you are looking for a vehicle, check with them first! And I didn't have to spend all day in the dealership, was in and out in 2 hours.
