  Jessica is amazing! I am a PT myself but also a mom and knew I needed to find the perfect PT to help rehab my teenage daughter. Jessica is beyond impressive as she skillfully uses her orthopedic knowledge to not only rehab my daughter but educate her in doing things correctly to build confidence and prevent further injury. I highly recommend Foundation PT for your OP PT needs!

  I am ever so happy that I chose Foundation PT when I was given a choice for my physical therapy. From the first moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Pam, I have felt welcomed. Jessica (and Cody) has been very thorough in her attempts to mitigate my hip and leg pain, but what I really appreciate about her is that she takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. That really helps me to process.
  
  And then there is Max. Who wouldn't like Max? He's my bud!

  I absolutely love the Leon Springs location! Josie is the nicest person I’ve ever dealt with in a doctors office. Jess is so helpful and patient I absolutely recommend them!

  I had an incident where my foot was almost cut off. I have had multiple surgeries in the past but nothing like this one. I was recommended to Foundation Physical Therapy by a handful of people. Coming here was the best decision I could have made. Jessica and Cody have been nothing but the best throughout this whole experience. Very encouraging and very knowledgeable. I couldn’t have asked for better people. With this injury I didn’t know if my foot would ever get back to normal , but every week I’ve improved so much. Every appointment I get stronger and stronger. Thank you to everyone at Foundation Physical Therapy you are AWESOME! (Especially Jess and Cody)

  I was in a lot of pain prior to starting physical therapy here, but it has honestly been life changing. I had felt like my back was constantly hurting, but going to PT weekly has helped me to gain back strength and flexibility and feel more my age. Everyone here has been so nice, supportive, and helpful, especially Jessica, Cody, and Emily, who have all worked with me one on one to improve my strength and help my back get back to normal. If I’m ever injured again, I know this is the only place I’d come to for physical therapy.
