  Cesar sold our home in Universal City for us and this was our first time ever selling a home. He walked us through every step making sure all of our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction. Cesar is the only person I would go too for buying and selling a home. His knowledge of real estate is what you would expect plus so much more.

  When you ask people “do you have a good realtor?”, you usually don’t expect the answer to be met with enthusiasm. This was the case when our friends suggested we connect with Cesar. Now we are the enthusiasts, passing along Cesar’s name when someone is in need of a top notch pro that will walk with them through the tedious home buying process.
  
  Cesar is an expert, plain and simple. His knowledge and expertise are not only key when negotiating tough situations, he is a teacher that helps you understand the why behind each process every step of the way. Having a realtor that cares and listens to your needs is invaluable and Caesar proved himself as such many times throughout the selling of our starter home as well as the purchase of our new family home, which we are currently enjoying!

  TRUST and LIFE
  I am in business for myself just as is Cesar. Cesar has been a customer to me and i to him on many occasions. We TRUST each others professionalism. Our knowledge our work ethics and dedication to excellence.
  This last go round LIFE got in the middle of what was supposed to be a smooth transition from selling our home - to renting - to moving into our new home once it was completed. Our world stood still for months and he was always there, checking in, taking care of details and conversations with our builder when we just couldn’t emotionally do it. He was more than great more than terrific. He was what we needed in a realtor at that time. Lost in all of this is what an awesome job he did selling our home for top dollar and very quickly. Not to mention his input and guidance near closing time for the new home when the mortgage got tricky.
  We TRUST Cesar in our LIFE to be our realtor. And we thank you for being a person who takes care of people not just papers.

  Cesar is one a kind. He made our home buying experience fast, easy and fun. He is a true professional that always keeps your best interests in mind during the whole process. He is a great negotiator, is always on top of everything and consistently delivers with a personal touch that really makes you feel like family. After we closed on the house he's followed with us with recommendations on a regular basis and he's been always available for questions. Highly recommended.
