(June 26, 2019, 9:24 pm)Great staff, well informed on the products on hand. Employees offer help but don't hound you, they let you browse at your leisure and are ready to help once you are ready to go. Markups are fair for a brick and mortar company. Highly recommend.

Wait times for computer repair were long, but they did excellent work (better than nearly any other computer repair I have dealt with). They warned me how long the repair would take, but they did not run over that time.

(210) 877-1470. I've been pleased with them. I've had to use them twice. I have to say that Altex came in clutch with their inhouse services. I needed a USB port soldered back in place and quick. Not only did they solder what I needed but also touched up the other solder connections on the board.
