  These guys are great. I needed an inspection and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Done in 5 minutes. George Z.was very professional and respectful. Last year I went to the Jiffy Lube down Bandera Road, across the street from the always busy Due Now place, for an inspection. Those clowns looked under the hood, took it for a "test drive", check the parking brake, etc. I don't own a Ford Pinto! My car will last 300k easy. The Take 5 guys know what their doing. In and out. Can anyone guess where I'll be getting my oil changes for now on??

  What a great experience! I personally hate getting "checkups" for my car, but every member of the team at this location was so patient, kind, and understanding. Shout-out to Juan who helped me with my state inspection! ~☆~ MVP

  The guys were very professional there at the Prue Rd location. The fact that I could stay in my car was pretty great, I felt relaxed. They told me that it’s recommended that I replace my air filter, but they didn’t push it on me. They also noticed that my undercarriage was loose and hanging low, so they went ahead and secured it in place at no extra charge. They also topped off some of my fluids, also at no extra charge. The price was a little high, but I do recommend Take 5 for your oil changes.

  I went to Take 5 on a Saturday around 11:00 AM. There were no other cars so I was able to pull right up and was greeted by Fabian who asked what services I wanted and then asked what oil I wanted. He explained the mileage differences between brands. After guiding me into the bay, the rest of the people got to work changing my oil. Fabian suggested I change the air filter and showed me how dirty it was while I was there so I had them go ahead and change the filter. I did not however feel pressured by the staff at any time. After they were done refilling the car they pressure tested it. They checked all my fluids, showed me the new oil level on the dipstick, and even checked all the air on my tires and inflated a couple that were low. Fabian had asked me if I wanted water when I got there which I declined but when they were done with the work he just handed me one which I appreciated it.
  I would recommend going to Take 5 for your next oil change, they were thorough yet quick and true professionals.

  The whole experience was so quick and easy! You literally never get out of your car, they do the oil change while you're still in it. I think it was the fastest I've ever had one done. The staff were all very friendly and everyone seemed like they loved doing what they were doing.
