  I needed my inspection done on my car before end of February to get my car sticker. So I scheduled a maintenance on my Rx350. The tires were rotated and wipers needed to be replaced. I like that they tell you what they found and will probably need to be done after the next 5,000 miles which for mine will be brake pads. I don't want some other company working on my Lexus.

  Tbh last Saturday , I came to this location with zero expectations of buying a car. I mean zero! I’ve been window shopping for a while for a Lexus but just couldn’t bring myself to trade in my Jeep. Finally, last Saturday I made my way to look at some of the IS 300 models with a very specific combination in mind. Julie, my sales rep, approached my mother and I, and helped us find the vehicle I was looking for ! She took the time to show us around even though we were just looking, she was very patient with all of our request and questions and 100% went out of the way to make sure I understood the vehicle technology functions before I left the dealership! Julie really went above and beyond to make sure I got into the car I desired at a price that was within my budget. Honestly, she deserves the 5 (stars). Everyone we worked with was very friendly and accommodating. i definitely recommend going to this location! It’s worth the drive and worth the service you get! Everyone is friendly and willing to work with you to get you into the car of your dreams

  I don't have enough amazing things to say about lexus dominion!
  I had to reschedule service multiple times and they worked with me completely. They were candid about time frame and set all proper expectations. The facility is great, the customer service is exceptional and I will continue to recommend them and their location!

  What a fantastic experience. New to Texas I was looking for a Lexus dealer. I found the best. When calling for a service appointment the individual on the phone was professional, personable, cheerful, and helpful. After scheduling my appointment I received email and text verification.
  
  Upon arrival at my appointment I was greeted by a runner who took my name and alerted my service advisor. Again cheerful and professional representatives.
  
  My service advisor kept me informed on my routine service and technology upgrade.
  
  While waiting you feel like your at an exclusive resort.
  
  Bottom line - absolutely an excellent experience from check in to debrief and departure.
  
  I’ve found my new Lexus home. This is how a highly professional operation is run. Text book example of great service and leadership. Thank you!

  I have now purchased 2 vehicles from North Park Lexus at Dominion within a 2 week period. Their customer service is second to none. We were treated so well from the moment we entered the lot until the time we left. Customer satisfaction is their main objective and it shows. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I’ve bought from dealerships all over Texas and have never had such a good experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
