Zikam Neighborhood Pharmacy

We got a letter from our insurance company that Walgreens was no longer in their network for 2020. After many recommendations from friends and neighbors, we decided to try ZIkam neighborhood pharmacy. I believe Alexander is not only the pharmacist but the owner. The guy is super polite and knowledgeable. The customer service and communication is the best. You can email Alexander any time of the day or night and be rest assured to get a timely response. Sometimes I get the impression the guy doesn't sleep. :) If you are looking for a reputable local pharmacy, you have to give Zikam pharmacy a try. You will not be disappointed. Shout out to his staff too. They are very nice and treat you with a lot of respect.

Dr Alex is fantastic! He’s so friendly, greeting me the moment I walk in the door by name. In addition, he’s super knowledgeable and more than willing to take the time to listen to my concerns and try to find any possible solution. I recommend him and his pharmacy to anyone looking for a truly caring pharmacist and staff!!

I am so thankful for Dr. Alex and his team! Not only is he an incredibly knowledgeable man, he truly is a very caring man. He doesn't just fill medications, he holds conversations, he remembers the details about you, he asks how you are doing, how your dog is doing and how classes are going! He is hardworking and always has a smile on his face no matter how overwhelmed he may be. The customers are always first and I really appreciate everything about this pharmacy. He has helped me get the best deals, the best recommendations, and even the best pep talks and advice about my schooling! When your pharmacist believes in you, you feel like you can do anything hahah!
