  What can I say about Joseph? One of the best mechanics in San Antonio for starters. He came to my home to diagnose a stuttering in the engine of my 1998 Nissan Pathfinder. When I could not get the vehicle to duplicate the problem, Joseph assured me that once it becomes obvious what the problem is he would not charge me for a second diagnostic trip. Well, as vehicles are prone to do, the fuel pump eventually failed in the drive through of Whataburger. i managed to get it to a spot and it sat there until I could tow it later in the day. Called Joseph and he came out while I was at work the next day and completed the job. Turns out I also needed a distributor and he handled that one too quite easily. I will use him again. These mobile guys really add value to their work by being where you need them to be.

  I recently had surgery and was bed ridden. My car that kept overheating, blew a hose and the bleed valve that broke off was causing more stress than I needed to be under. I googled mobile mechanics near me and Garza Mobile was on the top of the list. I was able to text my car info and get an appointment later the same day. I was unable to talk to the mechanic but my oldest son spent the time with him. My son stated he was very trustworthy and explained everything he was doing and actually listened to our efforts we made on the car repair. The quote given via text was honored without trying to upsale. My son actually appreciated the conversation on coupon apps they each used and heard of lately. Swapping coupon app stories. This kind of customer service is not taught but raised with good old fashioned kindness and appreciation for your customers. We will definitely be using and recommending this company to many others. Thank you for you knowledge and professionalism and restoring our faith in good mechanics again.

  Broke down as I pulled into work. Googled mobile mechanic and this guy popped up. Saw 5 stars and picked him because well 5 stars aaaaaand I was stuck. Best choice made, he came to my job and fixed my belt to my cars alternator. worth every penny. I mean he was a mechanic who came to me, and had parts delivered on site to him. Had my car running within the hour so I beat rush hour. I’ll be keeping his business card for future reference. Thanks Joseph!

  Called Joseph for assistance with a 2005 Dodge Ram diesel that wouldn’t start. Joseph quickly, honestly, and thoroughly diagnosed the bad starter. He brought the part which is a higher quality starter than I had previously and completed the repairs in the parking lot. I appreciated the efficiency and continue to be impressed with the quality of the part provided by Joseph The mobile mechanic. I will use him again when the situation presents itself.

  Mr. Garza has always been courteous and friendly. He addresses the issue and fixes it. It's good to know a mechanic that you can TRUST!!!! I will be using Mr. Garza for any future repairs and making sure my family and friends use him as well!!! 5 stars all the way!!!
