I've come to United Care twice now. I'll come back and elaborate about my experiences soon but for now let me say that working with this company is amazing. They treat you so well and really do take pride in delivering high quality work. Excellent customer service. For as long as I live in San Antonio this is the shop I will take my car to for body work. You should too.

I took my 2002 Lexus to United Collision to have the Power Steering Hose replaced. The service was exceptional as far as communicating with me throughout the process. They guided me when I wanted to get my own parts and their prices were quite reasonable. They took care of my car and I would definitely recommend them as well as utilize their services again and the turn around time was quick and satisfactory. Because I was satisfied with the job they dod on my Lexus, I took my Ford F150 to them a couple days later to repair a dent in my tailgate. After the work was done the truck was a good as new. Awesome job and great turn around time. Definitely recommend their services. Thanks guys.

Great staff, and super friendly!! Luis was extremely helpful when I took my car in for repair. Helped me work with my insurance and made sure I was taken care of throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and good prices!

I have a fleet of Toyota Tundras and in the last 5 yrs we have had quite a bit of fender benders. I've dealt with my fair share of body shops and every time I deal with some of these owners or employees you almost feel taxed from the moment you walk through their door. I get it "Business is Business" , but there is a difference between Great Business and Poor Hustling. Last month one of our trucks (2016 Toyota Tundra) was hit from behind and it caused quite a bit of damage to the rear bumper, tail gate and the bed of the truck. I definitely wasn't gonna be a repeat victim at one of these body shops I had already dealt with so I went to a few shops in the area. I won't give any of these shops free advertising by mentioning their name of businesses, but I got all kinds of quotes. Some were outrageous. Some were fair but I wouldn't be getting my truck back for 3 to 4 weeks. I then spoke to a good buddy and he referred me to Luis at United Collision. I linked up with Luis at his shop and brought him the truck and explained the situation and told him that I kinda needed to get the truck back on the road ASAP. Luis gave me a quote that at first made me a bit nervous because good quality work ain't cheap not to mention he told me he would have my truck back to me in 5 days. Not only did he do an amazing job on my Tundra he had me back in my truck in 4 days!!! Great Costumer Service, Great Quality Work, and hands down Great People. The amount of money I saved at United Collision makes me feel I owe them a favor or two. Thanks Mr. Cabrera!
