Blanca took care of the decorations and food and her daughter took care of the bar and the day of coordinating. They are such a nice family. With them my sister's wedding day was beautiful and ran smoothly!

Both were AMAZING to say the least! Food was delicious and cake was wonderfully delicious. I would DEFINITELY recommend Blanca’s for your Special event.

Before our wedding, all the meetings we had with her, she was very kind, accommodating, friendly and was never pushy with her service. She makes you feel like one of her friends and she's very easy to work with. Her prices are exceptional and her food is very good. Guests from my wedding are still telling me how they enjoyed the food that was served. I would highly recommend her services.

The cake was exactly how I pictured it and it tasted amazing. We did different flavors for each tier. We will definitely be using Blanca's for future parties.
