  The staff at Brake Check (15826 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216) are outstanding! Always courteous and put the customer's complete satisfaction at the forefront. As the owner of Hill Country Jeep & 4x4 in San Antonio, TX, I routinely bring my customers' Jeeps and 4x4 vehicles there for alignment and brake work. They understand how to properly align lifted vehicles where as many of their competitors either do not, or simply don't want to deal with them. I will continue to be a customer at Brake Check San Pedro. Thanks guys!

  I received seriously exceptional all around service from everyone here! Not only did they take very good care of my car they inspected everything to ensure my car was safe in every way it should be. Frank and Alex were very helpful, informative and gave superb customer service! I would recommend anyone to come here for Brakes, oil change, alignment and any other service offered and or needed. Thanks again guys, for everything!

  I took my car in after first calling to check their availability. They had an opening at 11:30am, which worked perfectly for me. When I walked in the office, they correctly guessed it was me when I arrived along with a warm greeting. Good start. The check-in was quick, and I was out the door within 5-minutes to catch a ride back to my office. Within 5-minutes, I received a text message that my car was in the bay for inspection, and when it was completed about 45-minutes later, I received another text message letting me know the inspection was done along with a web link to see the results. I was very impressed with the info they shared and recommendations regarding my vehicle. Easy to understand website along with images of my vehicle and the parts they inspected. They also recommended different repair options along with pricing and links to videos describing what the repair was all about. EXTREMELY COOL! I was blown away. I called them, let them know what I wanted done, and it was all extremely easy and straightforward. When I picked up my car that afternoon, they showed me what was done, and when I asked about a particular component that I decided not to repair, the technician brought me to the bay to show where the component sits inside a different vehicle and it’s functionality. Being an engineer, I really appreciated them taking time to explain something that I hadn’t even purchased. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of service, communication, and technology. Kudos to the team, and I highly recommend to others.

  Great customer service by all the gentleman! Their prices are so reasonable! We had are rear brakes done. We are definitely coming back soon. We now know they also do oil changes and wheel alignment! Extremely satisfied! ????????????????

  I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I called the store yesterday to schedule my appointment. Frank answered all of my questions and scheduled me for 7:30 this morning. He took the time to go over everything with me and completed the work in less time than I expected. He even took the time to schedule me an appointment with Discount Tire across the street so that I wouldn’t have to be delayed with my activities for the day. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind. As a person who has worked in Sales and Marketing for over 20 years, customer care and customer service is an important issue to me. I have devoted my career to delivering excellent customer service. My experience with Frank and his team at Brake Check was, hands down, the best experience I’ve had in auto repair in many, many years. I recommend Frank and his team highly. Top praise from me.
