Very good doctor, patient with my daugter and very thorough doesnt rush makes sure he covers everything needed
I've met with two pediatricians here (both are phenomenal) as far as the other staff , the girls at the front have attitude. They are so rude all the time. Not once have I ever been treated kindly, it's almost as if I annoy them. I hate to say this but they show favoritism twords the families who appear to be of Hispanic heritage. I am Hispanic but look caucasian lol I also had plenty of incidents of them not requesting correct paperwork. Also forgetting to document things such as shots administered to my children.
I just switched doctors for my daughter and I chose Dr.Villarreal as my daughters Dr. I was very pleased with how the checkup went, he kept my daughter laughing and smiling and she was very comfortable with him. I recommend this doctor to all. -Very happy patients :)
The wait was reasonable to get in, but then we sat in an examination room for half an hour before the doctor came in. Dr. Villarreal is excellent. Very professional and kind. Great with kids.
