I really really just fell in love with the ladies in this office, they are so kind and sweet, the atmosphere was simply amazing, even watching them deal so nicely even with other people..need more people in workplaces like these ladies...they made my heart be more over joyed????????
My personal experience with the Palo Alto Clinic and dental office and the clinic on Commercial is a Grade A+!!!! Having worked in a hospital based and clinic myself. I admire the ladies as busy as they are and still manage to put a smile on their faces. They are all courteous, professional, kind and friendly. Even the housekeeper is friendly. Keep up the good work ladies!!!! I commute 40 minutes to an hour to the clinic and it's worth the drive. Wouldn't go any where else!!
I myself am grateful, from the calls they give to remind me about my appointment to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. My personal tip to others, treat others the way you would like to be treated, and if it takes some time to see your doctor, it may be because they are busy with the many other patients they see daily. As an adult learn to be patient especially when others are doing their best to help you and your family.
