Good to find a great shop that worked with you as soon as you walked in the door. Other shops had asked to come in the next month and even next year. John at Bolados was an awesome help in getting my 2016 300 Chrysler in the same day within an hour as I had my wife drive it in from home and I had just got out of work with the rental car on a Friday. His crew took the car in removed the front bumper shell and left fender and identified previous damage to AC condenser and radiator and let me know the next day. Did not affect the car as I already had 115,000 mile on the car. Purchased it used with 9,000 miles. Awesome attention to detail and notifying me to the damage found. Had estimate from insurance in hand and additional damage found from the accident was relayed to the insurance from the driver that hit me and supplemental parts were added to the repair estimate. Bolados crew had my car for 14 days and was ready in 12 days, but the insurance was slow on paying the shop for the repairs. New fender and bumper look awesome and the paint matched great.

I took my 2006 Toyota Tundra to have the hood repainted. They gave me a very fair quote. My truck was ready when they told me it would be and they did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Took my vehicle here for body work after being side swiped on the highway. They worked with my insurance company to handle all the paperwork and claim information. I barely had to do anything. The body work came out great and they even took out a small dent in my door unrelated to the accident for free!! They matched the paint perfectly on my 5 year old Pearl White Cadillac. There was no difference in the color of the new parts and the rest of the car. Definitely going to use this place again.

Took my truck in to be serviced after being involved in a auto accident. Came in to Bolado's automotive on 3930 sw military. The guy's in the we're exceptionally helpful. Especially the mgr. He was very honest and professional. Explained everything in detail as to what kind of service was expected

The customer service is truly professional, I felt very comfortable doing business there. They didn't hesistate to answer any queries or concern I had pertaining to my vehicle. It was smooth sailing for me and they kept in touch as the rendered the service. I didn't get a hold up n the job was done even more than what I expected. it was a job well done!!!
