(August 7, 2019, 12:52 pm)I grew up playing up and down inside out all of these Franciscan Missions with the peacocks... they are no longer here they are bred behind San Jose mission! Mission concepcion was torn apart and what is left now is just an open field... a very sad field.

(December 16, 2018, 3:42 pm)I’m a fan of architecture and history so this place really appealed to me. It was a gorgeous fall day and it wasn’t very busy which made it all the more appealing. I had no idea it existed and I definitely recommend a visit. There’s also a jewelry shop that has some pretty glass necklaces hand made by a Franciscan Monk.
