Mind Your Energy Holistic Center

I began working with Mind Your Energy after meeting the owner Tiffany at an event. I live in Ohio and she performed Reiki and Sound Healing on me from Texas via Zoom. It was like she was in the same room and the sessions were guided and very comfortable. I felt amazing and lighter after each session. She really knows her stuff and is very intuitive and compassionate. You won't be disappointed. I'm definitely a repeat customer.

I've always had trouble sleeping, until I purchased a lavender candle from Harmony Scents Candles! It was one of the best decisions I've made! Once I lit that candle, I was asleep within 10 min! The next morning I woke up so refreshed. That candle has be one a staple in my home! Oh and let's not talk about the lemongrass candle! All I can say is AMAZING! I highly recommend, and I will continue to buy more candles!

Mind your energy is a gem on the far north side of San Antonio, the center is clean and inviting. The owner Tiffany is genuinely interested in helping people, especially women with: healing, comfort, and peace of mind. I had my first Reiki and Sound therapy sessions ever at the center. Tiffany was able to take my end of workday frazzled coffee energy and put me at ease for the session. It was a compelling experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to heal, learn about themselves or manifest positive energy. On a side note the Harmony scents candle collection is so nice one candle was able to fill my entire 1500sqft apartment with a pleasant fragrance and positive vibes.

I had a 60 minute vibrational sound healing session & it was absolutely amazing! It was so relaxing! Her genuine energy and intention to heal works wonders! I feel revived! Definitely coming back for more!

Hands down Harmony Scents candles are the best candles I ever burned. They are strong non toxic scented candles. The fragrance fills up your entire home! My favorite scents are lemon grass and rose quartz.

I also had the pleasure of having a distance sound healing and Reiki session.. I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves peace and tranquility.
