  There was a long line through drive thru so got off to order inside. Even during a rush, k received my order really quickly. Inside of the store was very clean as well.

  I went through the drive-through in a rush needing to get home quickly for an online class I needed to be live on video for. Unfortunately, my grilled chicken sandwich was taking longer than expected and the staff asked me if I would pull forward to wait for my order. When I told them I had to be live in 12 minutes, they responded quickly suggesting a replacement sandwich. I agreed and they got my meal out to me in the next two minutes - along with a pie. It might not have helped my "diet" but it warmed my heart. Thanks for caring about my situation and giving great customer service. You acted quickly, professionally, and with kindness. Have a wonderful night.

  I'm pulling for you guys because I love BK. A couple thoughts....1 set the temp a little higher inside. I love it cold, but many won't and you actually had condensation on the floor from the AC. 2. Breakfast promos. You're on a high traffic corner and that coffee place next door has a line around the corner. Promos are compelling..even in Stone Oak. Place was incredibly clean and staff was friendly. I was there for 45 minutes and no one else came in so I hope the owners will do something to drive traffic. Good luck.
