  Dr. Cavazos is an excellent dentist. The initial consultation, diagnosis and the procedures or treatments were explained in detail. He replaced a cracked crown and dated fillings which was absolutely painless for which I am so grateful. He paused several times to ask me if I was okay and provided updates. My teeth do not line up correctly resulting in sore jaws and sensitive teeth. Dr. Cavazos customized a splint and it is working! Thank you to the wonderful staff; Annette, Amanda, Isabel and Saretta for your positive attitudes, active listening, and knowledge of the procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Cavazos for all of your overall oral health care needs.

  For anyone searching for an excellent dentist, look no further. You are here with Dr. Cavazos! He has been caring for my dental issues for approximately 3 yrs. These dental visits and treatments have been the best considering the circumstances. He is very patient, comforting, and thorough in explaining the process as well as the aftercare. His education and high level of expertise is reflective evident in the overall care he provides. I have never been disappointed. I lost him for awhile and felt disappointment at having to start over in a new place. I found him and I am so thankful for it. I feel reassured knowing I have Dr. Cavazos caring for my dental problems. Last but not least, is the office staff that are so attentive and caring. From Annette to Amanda, they, and Dr. Cavazos make the best dental team in San Antonio. I cannot thank these young people enough. May the Lord’s angels always watch over Dr. Cavazos, his family and his staff.

  Dr. Cavazos and his staff are wonderful. I have never had such an experience at a dentist office since I moved to San Antonio in 2001.
  His entire staff are very experienced, knowledgeable, and all the work I have had done was up to date technology and excellent work.
  He is always willing to help you anyway he can until he is sure you are 100 per cent satisfied.
  
  If you are in the Stone Oak area in need of a very professional and awesome dentist and staff this is the place to go.

  Dr. Alex Cavazos and his staff are informative, friendly and sincere. I'm not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. Dr. Cavazos gave me back my smile!

  My dentist retired after being his patient for about 30 years, so I was a little anxious about using a new one.
  Surprise! Dr Cavazos is wonderful. He and his staff are friendly and extremely competent. I recommend using his services wholeheartedly.
