Great store, great service. Jake was beyond great to work with. I went from a Samsung 9S+ to the Samsung 22 Ultra. He was VERY informative and answered all my questions. While we waited for the phones to swap we chatted with Vincent, he was very nice. The employees in the store are SUBPERB! Thank you for such great service!

Excellent store, super friendly staff and extremely prompt. I went in to get a phone for my father in law, Vinny and his team went above and beyond to port over the number and make the experience painless. I live 40 minutes away and could easily go to other US Cellular stores, but I go back to this location so that I can work with Vinny and his team. The drive is well worth my time, I always feel respected and appreciate their attention to all the details. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a phone and carrier.
