I called and spoke to Rick after 6pm and he was able to provide an accurate quote based on the troubles I was having with my lawn mower. Working with Rick was an amazing experience. I groom an Ice Rink in my backyard in the winter and I am a heavy snow blower user. I wore out the traction on my rig and called Rick on a Sunday morning and was amazed when he picked up the phone. I was even more amazed when he picked up my snow blower at 2pm that same day and by 5pm he was texting me saying he was finished and wanted to drop it off. I have already recommended Rick to my friends and will be my first stop for future repairs. Nice job Rick.
