  Amazing Staff beautiful gated apartments and all amenities you want huge balcony, walk in closet lots of extra space and cant forget the huge ????‍♂️ swimming area. We would recommend all our friends and family to Mela.????????

  I made the best choice by moving here. I've moved so many times throughout my life and I can honestly say that this is the best apartment complex I've lived in. Ashley made my transition here very easy. It was very stressful for me to move back to Texas from another state, but she helped remedy a lot of it with all of her help. I can never thank her enough!

  Friendly and knowledgeable staff
  Amazing amenities
  A bit on the pricey side but everything that's included seems to outweigh the $$$.
  Modern designs and spacious floor plans
  Fairly quiet neighborhood and nice area (On a historical part of San Antonio)
  
  These apartments are fairly new, so you would expect for everything to be in tip top shape. Hopefully, even with time, everything continues to be just as excellent as it is today.
  
  Overall, extremly nice apartments and I highly recommend.

  After spending a week touring different apartments I was exhausted. This was my last stop. I think the girl who helped me was Ashley. She was super nice and asked me questions to help me determine what apartment would suit me. She offered me a tour and was so nice. It was refreshing considering the other places I visited I could tell the staff didn’t care to be there. The apartment was beautiful and I’m preparing for a move in here in the next 2 months! Can’t wait.
