Her determination to get to the root cause, along with her empathy and compassion is unparalleled.
Within 6 months of working together, I was off 6 medications and my (really) high blood pressure a thing of the past. My migraines have plateaued, my hormones leveled and my gut balanced.
There have even been times when I just needed a listening ear to get though a tough personal situation and she was my voice of reason.
Using my character strengths, Linda encouraged me into a work out habit, kept on top of my food choices and to date I am down 2 inches almost everywhere on my body. I'm so excited to keep the momentum going. I could go on and on...
