(January 15, 2020, 9:18 pm)Since the new management has come along, I never have to worry about any maintenance requests! Abrams and Jasmine came by after hours to help me out and were amazing! This has been a great place to live, and I would definitely recommend it.

Abrams came to fix my water heater within minutes of putting my workorder, he explained everything to me, he has great knowledge about his work and very polite. Also the new manager Valerie is very nice and polite !! I am very happy to live here and have the great Abrams and Valerie service.

(November 15, 2019, 11:18 am)I have lived here for 5+ years and the changes I have seen are night and day. The new management and staff go above and beyond. They are super friendly and helpful. They feel like immediate friends not just people doing a job. Very genuine. The upgrades they have done to the complex are beautiful and change the entire environment for the better. Varnell and Erik in the office are the BEST!!!????????????

(October 24, 2019, 8:06 pm)By far the best apartment complex. I have lived here for 4 & 1/2 years. All of my maintenance requests were resolved that same day. Easy online payment with an app! Apartment manager Shannon is the absolute best, she always made time for me when I had questions. She is the best! They have changed owners at lease 2-3 times and she’s still there. The company that owns them now is so much better. They have renovated the office, gym and pool, to include apartment units. The complex itself has mostly families, no commotion. The pool is never crowded on Sundays, I don’t know why because it is so nice. I definitely recommend living here.
