Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The San Antonio airport location has the best management team of anyplace I've been. They've built a rental center that does everything well. Rentals are always easy and hassle free. The staff is friendly and fun. Cars are clean and selection is awesome. Great experience all around.

I am a county employee and qualified for a discount. Thought it was too good to be true much to my surprise; it was true for once. I got a great discount and superb customer service. My full size car I received in Texas was a ford hybrid car ????. It was extremely clean, had navigation, apple radio app and fuel ⛽️ efficient. I traveled at least an hour and a half every day for 6 days and only filled up once. It was amazingly ???? wonderful on gas. Plus it was only 11 gallons when I did fill the tank up!!! I almost passed out when the price was $26.00?!?!? Then had to return the car and be robbed back in California with gas prices again. Thanks enterprise!!! ❤️Will definitely recommend you and be back again!!!

The suv requested was not available so we got a different one. My wife/myself can drive free but to add my father it was an additional $15 a day, even though the fees are to be waived with a Military ID, which they refused to waive the $15 fees. My wife had no desire to drive. It should be: pick 2 drivers with valid car insurance, driver's licenses. Especially in the same family. The 2019 Ford Expedition was lovely, as we have driven those before. Disappointed we didn't get the Suburban we requested. The process to pick up the car and deliver back was easy. It is quite a jaunt from the baggage claim at San Antonio Airport to the car rental area. If you are bringing elderly, I suggest leave them at the gate closest to baggage claim and pick them up after you get the car. As much as I would like to give 5 stars, I can't since they charged for an additional driver with Military ID. Just hikes the rental price up. The rate for Enterprise was almost the same as other companies. Will rent again. Unlimited mileage was a plus too. We love Enterprise. Clean, smoke-free car for a week!

I have only been this pleased with a rental car location once before. They went above and beyond to accommodate my multiple requests, changes to my reservation and to be fast and friendly while doing that. Getting in and out is simple. There is a gas station with fair prices right at the entrance to the airport property so dont pay them to fill your tank.

I have been travelling through various jobs for over 10 years. My previous job preferred that we chose rentals only through Avis. My current job gives us the option to choose Avis or Enterprise. After the professionalism I have received from Enterprise, I am choosing them everytime. From the moment I enter the lot, I'm met with courtesy and respect. They help with my bags, which really isn't necessary, but appreciated. They always allow me to select the car I want. Cars are always clean and run well. Best customer service hands down.
