(July 21, 2019, 7:20 pm)I was a bit concerned with all the negative reviews and low ratings, but we had a great check in experience. Brenda was very kind and chatted with us while we filled out the paper work for the car. Not a long wait at all considering it was a Sunday afternoon in July. The only reason I didn't rate 5 stars is because the car is older than what we are used to renting and we did have to point out alot of scratches and chips. Regardless, it got us where we needed to go and it was a great price!

(July 11, 2019, 11:05 am)I had trouble with all the other rental agencies at the airport. I met with Tirzha and she was able to help me with a car. Vincent was also helpful when he gave me the keys and showed me the car. They both had great customer service. I would definitely come back to Fox again! Thank you guys!

(March 10, 2019, 10:53 pm)Very nice and helpful, I was at the counter and in a car that was hand selected for my needs in under 15 minutes. Very cost efficient. I am 19 and they still offered a rental car to me for a reasonable price and I had unlimited miles. I highly recommend doing servuce through them, especially if you're under 25 or 21
