Hertz has always given me the best customer service. I have booked with them for 3 years and love the beautiful brand new cars i get to rent.. Thank you for the great service.

Such amazing customer service! I dropped off a car in the middle of the night and I must have gotten the best service rep in the world - I think his name is Ricky - VERY tall, strong, kind gentlemen. He helped me with the car, bags, showed me the proper way to the elevator and terminals, answered my million questions, and did it all with a smile! Thank you, Hertz, for having him! I will not go anywhere else!

We picked up our car at this Hertz, and it was pretty seamless. We chose one vehicle and had an issue with it (minor, I think air pressure). They said they could add air or we could opt for another vehicle. We did the latter and opted for a nice clean Nissan that got amazing mileage. The Hertz area is very easy to access, and the staff were friendly. We'll definitely remember this for our next time in San Antonio.
