  Can definitely say I’m extremely happy to have join the box, i have never done CrossFit before. To have found Fit Stop is a blessing! CrossFit is NOT what people outside the box make it seem to be. Worth a shot to look into :)

  I am so grateful for The Fit Stop ! Like many others, I watched one of their motivational social media videos and was hooked. I went in and got a one on one training assessment with The Big Dog Rudy. He helped me understand the importance of the process they have there at the Fit Stop. I have been on my fitness journey for about 3 months now and I feel and look so great. If you are tired of the same old ineffective diets and workout plans, please take the time to go talk to Rudy or anyone there at the Fit Stop. You owe it to yourself ! Remember that you Can’t put a price on your Health and wellness so stop making excuses and make the change. The Fit Stop will COMPLETELY change your life. You will not regret joining the Fit Stop Family

  I absolutely love The Fit Stop! If I could give the box more than 5 stars I would.
  The people and the environment is amazing! The coaches go above and beyond to help you. Not only are the coaches helpful but veteran athletes are willing to help. I love the love for everyone to get better and the motivation that the Fit stop Family provides.
  
  Initially I was hesitant to join because other boxes have rude members but I have not experience that here. I have seen a physical and mental change since joining. I am very happy I made choice to go here.

  The fit stop! They do everything with proficiency. I’ve tried other CrossFit gyms but Fit Stop is the only gym that I felt like they have their stuff (for lack of better words (sh!t)) together. They guide you through every motion and genuinely care about your health and want you to be there for YOU. If you are missing from class (me being lazy) they always check up to see if everything is okay and if there’s anything they can do to help! They keep you accountable and make you feel at home from day one!
  I recommend this gym 100%

  I joined a couple of months ago and the experience has been phenomenal! Great group of people to work out with. Everything is well explained so as to not cause confusion or worse doing the WOD wrong. The coaches clearly care and are totally invested and engaged. The owners are constantly doing wonderful things to mix it up and keep it interesting. Love my new box and the family i have made! Totally recommend this place!
