  Been a regular for awhile now and have always loved this location the most. The staff is always polite, working hard, and patient when i come in at 11:15 pm when i get off work. Theyre always doing good and on the rare time they make a mistake they dont make excuses and quickly fix it. Great night staff!

  Excellent customer service. The manager on duty Freddie went out of his way to make my door dash order on point. He took the time out to make sure that everything was perfect. Really appreciated when I erroneously ordered the wrong wings. Freddie made it right without any hesitation. Love this wing stop!!

  Just left the location maybe 10-15 minutes ago and the customers were rude as hell to the employees. You can tell who’s never worked in fast food before. 1 lady was upset and had the audacity to ask the cashier why did another guest get his food before her if she was there first ???????????? ma’am it’s called an ONLINE order chill. Next there was a customer that came in and I guess he was upset but he’s telling us to call corporate and complain. Why sir? Because they have a lot of orders coming in at once so now we have to wait a little longer? Last but not least let’s talk about the nut job that started pacing back and fourth, getting loud and trying to make a scene. Everything he did was uncalled for. Maybe if more people worked fast food they would understand what it’s like and show more respect. All in all they guys (employees) did a great job trying to get all the 5/6 orders (that seemed to come in at the same exact time) out.

(210) 494-0404. Very disappointed in WingStop in general as they don't offer military or senior discounts. However, police get a 55% discount at this location and maybe others! Time is supposed to be about 14 min from order to food up and it took over 20 minutes and the place was empty!
