(October 21, 2019, 1:37 pm)Dr Martino was very friendly and professional. The staff was inviting, knowledgeable, helpful and very nice. I was only browsing, but the selection was so good I bought 2 pairs! I never do that ! They followed up the next day with a suggestion for my special delivery !! I’m very happy with this office and you should try them. It reminds me of the personal service and relationships from specialty stores from days past. Great treatment, great products and you’ll be happy with the prices! Btw it’s so easy to find, park and get in and out because it’s right by HEB.

I visited in December 2019 and recently called them and needed a copy of my contact prescription and I was quickly helped. Will go there again when we are due for another exam. Recommended to my family and friends.

(December 20, 2018, 11:19 am)I called to schedule an appointment in part because of the great reviews I saw on Google. However, when I called on two different occasions a young man and a young woman (Gabby) were rude and and very short with me. Perhaps it was because it was the end of the day and they were about to close. To me that is no excuse. I decided not to go there since things started off on the wrong foot. UPDATE: I took the owner up on the offer to call back. My initial contact must have been an anomaly as my second contact with them was flawless. The young lady was friendly, professional, and helpful. The doctor, Jennifer Martino, was excellent. She worked WITH me by asking me questions about my vision needs for work, my daily lifestyle, and what I wanted for comfort, convenience, and looks. I am wearing contacts she provided and am very pleased as I see clearly without readers (which is what I wanted to accomplish). Her assessment of my vision and prescription recommendation is on point. I have revised my original review accordingly so that it reflects my feelings based on my actual appointment and service received.
