(November 17, 2020, 2:08 pm)Great service! I went to the De Zavala location and was told they couldn't help me with a cracked screen. The employees at the T-Mobile at the Quarry were more than helpful. I have an insurance plan that covers cracked screens so i was perplexed as to why the other store couldnt help me. The T-Mobile representatives at the Quarry were courteous, made me feel valued as a customer, and made decide to stay with T-Mobile (Sprint). Thank you for your help!
