How many 4 year olds love to go to the dentist? Dr Alvarez & crew are amazing. Our family, including the 4 year old, always have a great experience. Never have to wait long, always made comfortable, and the tram is very responsive to calls and answering questions. Highly recommend this team.
I recently had to look for a new dentist, as my dentist for 17 years decided to retire. I was hesitant in looking for a new office, because I was so used to the uniformity of my old one. I looked up a couple in my area and decided on proximity and reviews. I called and told them my dilemma and they said they would be glad to include me in their "family". I booked my first appointment with ease, they asked for some info and the process was quite quick. The 1st appointment was quickly approaching in a couple days and I had almost forgotten until, I received a reminder text from the office. I had never seen that before! I really loved that! Later that week I walk in to a very inviting waiting room.I was greeted by a very sweet woman, who immediately addressed me by my name. I really enjoyed the personableness. I was asked to sign in on the computers and answer a few questions and sign some paperwork as it was my 1st time there. I wait till my appropriate time and am taken back to see all of the smiling dental staff. Nina and Susan were the office managers, Christine and Danielle were the dental assistants and Cheryl was the dental hygienist i met. They all had gleaming smiles and were all very lovely. I was sat down in the dental chair, and met Dr. Alvarez, he introduced himself and asked me for my dental goals. I told him what my goals were and he explained how we would achieve them. I was taken back to get some xrays and then got my teeth cleaned. The hygienist, Cheryl was quite the comedian, she was very funny and applied the right amount of pressure when cleaning! (not too rough and not too soft) After my cleaning I was shown my treatment plan and discussed insurance and was on my way out. I am very happy with my new dental home.
