  really good small trail system. ~4 miles of rocky singletrack w/ jeep roads, several very technical sections. Trailhead parking lot very small. Also can connect to McAllister Park w/ short sidewalk route then navigate south a couple miles down to Thousand Oaks Rd. by ditch underpass.

  One of the few places in San Antonio to hike away from concrete and asphalt. Just grass and dirt trails. It is a lot bigger than you expect. You can hike around back there for several hours. Lot's of shade once you get into the park.

  Nice serene place to enjoy the outdoors. The park appeared clean. They have out houses at the park head. Dogs on leashes are allowed, but please pick up after your pet no one wants to walk or ride their bike through their poo.

  This park is nice on a natural level.. There isn't much in terms of standard park amenities. parking has 10 Spaces, and 1 Portable restroom at the entrance. The trails themselves are absolutely lovely with many serene and tranquil areas, but the terrain is tougher than other parks in the area. There is much in the way of roots, larger rocks and steep, bumpy areas. it's best not to run here unless you're paying close attention to where you're stepping in my opinion. There's no trail markers either, so it is very easy to get lost. lastly, If you do get lost and it gets dark, you're in for a really bad time. Make sure you bring your phone and flashlight, you ought to be fine.
