  Highly recommend this office. Had some failed dental work done that left me super uncomfortable. There is no way to elaborate how imperative quality dental work plays part. The discomfort of even the most minor discrepancy when it comes to our teeth is unimaginable. Very grateful that Dr Payne didn’t hesitate to come to the rescue and fix the issues for me. He was super kind, patient and understanding of my issue. He worked very carefully while explaining the procedure. I felt very comfortable and reassured I was in the right hands throughout the whole experience. It’s amazing how much of a difference an experience can be defined at the hands of someone knowledgeable and wearing pride in their work. That comes of rarity in the world today. Thank you so much for everything Payne Dentistry.

  The very best experience I've ever had at the dentist's office. Dr. Steve and Dr. Susannah are very personable and knowledgeable, and are plainly interested in providing excellent dental care. Hygienist Michele made an overdue cleaning seem almost easy, and gave much needed flossing advice that I won't soon forget. Very friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding experience from start to finish.

  I would first off like to point out the modeling of excellence at every level. The personal greeting as I walked in to the high quality of service I experienced with the hygienist. This reflects the core values of the Payne Dentistry staff. The added visit by Dr. Susannah Payne was very assuring and tells me that the tradition of putting the patient's well being first will continue.

  Dr Payne is an excellent dentist. His staff is kind and friendly. The dental hygienist is thorough but gentle. She also provides me with easy tips to help maintain my teeth. I have had a lot of fear of dentists in the past but Dr Payne and his staff have helped alleviate it.
