I would highly recommend Kelly. We have worked with her for over a year and our daughter was extremely comfortable opening up to her, as a matter of fact she would look forward to her session. I feel that Kelly looks at all the factors in the cases she does and truly tries to find the best solution. In our experience if she felt one of the parties was in the wrong she would simply let us know and not in a demeaning manner. I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone involved in a custody case as she is very knowledgeable. If need be we will be using kelly in the future again.
Kelly was court ordered to do parenting facilitation for me and my Ex. She was more neutral than Sweden. She listened to both sides, talked to the children privately, and made fair decisions in the childrens best interests for the schools and even the medical care. The courts trust and respect her input because she is well known for being unbiased and always putting the children first. Of course the other side of the aisle that did not get her way screamed at her and called her names. Kelly kept her cool and was a pure professional. I can not recommend her highly enough.
Kelly is one of the best and most honest persons I have ever met. She will only testify to the truth of the matter. Even if it is sometimes uncomfortable, it is always the truth. She is respected by the judges and the attorneys, so that speaks volumes about her ethics and professionalism. The only people who don't like her are the ones that have something to hide and/or were not smart enough to hire her to do their forensic analysis. I would hire her again to investigate and report to the court without question. My two kids are happier because of her interaction with them.
