  Bought a 2019 F 350 here today. Jordan was my sales rep and was great to work with. Scot in finance was very professional and made the process easy. From first seeing the truck to working out the trade to driving away was under 3 hours. Awesome experience.

  Best customer service EVER! My car was under recall and from the moment I took my car in, they were professional and kind. They took care of my car like it mattered to them. Stephanie understood what I wanted and explained everthing to me as to what to expect from the recall. When I picked up my car, I was in and out in 5 minutes with no surprises. Best experience I have had in any car dealership.

  Absolutely the best car buying experience we’ve ever had was at Northside Ford. From the moment my wife and I left all the necessary documents with our salesman (Gregg D.) to the time we walked out with the keys was a Fantastic experience!!! We literally had only a couple of hours to get the deal done, pick up our daughter from school, and return a rental car in on time. Gregg our salesman and Richard in finance got to work and made it happen. My wife and I want to thank you Gregg for putting it all in motion and Richard for making the signing process easy and efficient. You guys were awesome!!! Thanks.
  I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used, (as in our case) Northside Ford is at the top of the list.

  This was by far the best truck buying experience! Dino my salesman was extremely helpful and understanding. I was only there for a couple of hours and left very satisfied with my truck and payments. Will definitely continue to shop and refer this business. I definitely recommend Northside Ford for your next car purchase!

  These guys are awesome. I bought a van for my business and it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Was out in less than 2 hours with my van. Staff was great even after a long weekend. I will always come back here for any cars or trucks I buy in the future! Thanks guys.
