This is the best there is. I have been in Dr. Carnahan's care for at least thirty years. The dentists' chair is not a location of choice. My army brat
heritage left me in mortal fear of even being near one. Slowly, under Corky's graceful hands, I was shown by example that my anxiety was not needed.
His kindness, humor and the touch of an angel combine in my
forever favorite Dentist and better yet, my friend.

Dr. Carnahan is the greatest! . His dental hygienist and his entire staff are very efficient and caring. They all seem to work together on preventative care. We are fortunate to have such a great dentist in San Antonio.
I have been a patient of Dr. Richard (Corky) Carnahan for about 35 years. It is my opinion that the excellent condition of my teeth today is due solely and exclusively to the care I have received from Dr. Carnahan throughout those years. He has removed my wisdom teeth, replaced broken molars with crowns and provided preventative dentistry and cleaning that keeps my teeth literally problem free.
Corky's ever-present high spirits and positive personality make my bi-annual visits a pleasure.
I am in my fifth decade as a patient of Dr. Carnahan. He is very skilled and accomplished. I have recommended him to others. He gets along well with his patients and is able to communicate what he is doing and why. Going to his office for dental work is just part of the reason he is so darn good. I think he has a creative and innovative approach to his profession.
Dr. Carnahan is the most competent dentist I have known. His continuous education, technical skill, and artistry make him the go-to doctor. Additionally, his teaching and public service demonstrate his generosity and dedication to his profession and to helping others. Corky has surrounded himself with a team who share his values. Everyone there is delightful and great at their job. I look forward to visiting the dentist!
