  Since day one back in May of 2018, Angie has been our go-to person at the office and we never had a problem! The environment was truly a great one and every service request was answered in a prompt and convenient manner. Andrew from maintenance was always ready to help, even during the late hours of the night. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. He was trustworthy and knew what he was doing. We are currently in the process of moving out because we needed to be closer to work but we can safely say that the only problem we had at Encore 281 was the parking. There were days where we couldn't find a spot to park after getting home from work. Overall, we have spent a great couple of years and had really made our apartment a home!

  I recently left a review and it was based on an experience with really just one person in the office whom my husband and i felt was very rude. Since then, I have dealt with exceptional customer service by the office manager Belinda! She’s always so helpful and recently got promoted and I can certainly see why. Between her and the maintenance staff, they have changed my mind about the staff here and that is a hard thing to do. I do like to give credit where credit is due and it is definitely due here! It’s a wonderful feeling to know that i can go in the office and walk out feeling heard as a resident! Way to go Belinda and the entire maintenance staff for turning our bad experience, good and going far beyond regular resident retention and creating a rapport with the residents here!

  Very glad with our decision to move to these apartments. Starting the process was very simple and the ladies in the leasing office were very accommodating.
  
  Cons are: the terrible traffic that is inevitable if you’re going anywhere but hoping once construction is over it’ll die down, the matte type paint walls in the apartment which are not ideal for kids, the lack of a play area for children which we had at our previous apartment (these apartments seem more pet friendly) and if you get off of work late which would be any time after 9 pm be prepared to have a long walk to your apartment. Thankfully I felt safe walking the distance at 1 am but it was tiresome as I was pregnant.
  
  The maintenance workers are awesome and quick. They are very kind and go above and beyond to make sure residents ate happy. I even see them walking around picking up trash and pet waste ( unfortunately, although there are designated areas with bags for pet waste most owners do not use them as I’ve seen first hand) I’m glad they are on top of it as I like to take my kids on walks and worrying about them stepping in pet waste is stressful.
  
  The community is very quite which is perfect! Most neighbors I’ve found are very friendly as well. The elementary school is top rated and there is a school bus that picks up the children right in front of the apartments. There’s also a community site where you can do certain tasks online to receive points to win prizes (just got my $5 amazon gift card for an easy task yesterday)
