  I cannot say enough good things about this company. So polite and prompt. Everything was clean when they left and I have never had any problem with immediate service in an emergency. My granddaddy always said: "You get what you pay for" . These guys may not be the cheapest, but, come on, you cannot beat the price for peace of mind.

  I am absolutely amazed with the Team of Cristian M, Daniel C, Joel G and Matthew A! It was an extremely long and cold day /night and these guys worked until the job was finished. They were always in a good mood and so professional. Jon Wayne is lucky to have this team of gentlemen representing them! Jay C was very thorough in exactly what I was purchasing. He took the time to create a unique system that perfect for my house. Thank you to each and everyone of you for helping my Dream house become a reality!!

  We've been using your services for a good many years and we've always been extremely pleased. We needed to stop due to our house fire and we had asked our contractor if y'all could replace our heat pump,compressor and garbage disposal but that didn't happen. We renewed your Five Star plan and we look forward to our twice a year heating and air check ups and many more years of fantastic service.
  
  Brice and I where very impressed with Steve Grimes professionalism and friendly attitude, y'all have a great employee and if we need plumbing service again, we hope he is sent our way.

  James was very professional. Upon arriving, he presented me with his business card and introduced himself. He entered my home with booties on his feet. The company is very considerate and mindful about not tracking dirt into the customer's home. After fixing the problem with my furnace, he tested it 5 times to make sure the problem was resolved. I was very happy with that. James was very courteous and respectful and completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time. The cost of servicing was reasonable as well. I am a first time customer with Jon Wayne Service Company and will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

  I just wanted to put in a review to express the pleasure and satisfaction I had working with Jon Wayne Service CO in San Antonio. From the time they came out for initial visit, Able was very helpful and his great customer service and knowledge sealed the deal for me to do business with them. Able, Tony, and Andrew showed me different options with my budget in mind and didn't pressure me at any point. He made it so easy and answered every question I had. I didn't feel like I was getting a company answer but the truth. The installation was real quick and professional. I have never worked with such customer oriented professionals whose mission is to serve the client. Not only that, but Jon Wayne's work was excellent, had great communication and were always friendly.
  
  I will gladly serve as a reference for them anytime and recommend that everyone do business with them. Once again Able was AWESOME!
