(August 11, 2019, 12:17 pm)Excellent experience. Comfortable beds. Lounge area nice to hang out while waiting for big group. Plenty available coffee. Good breakfast selection. Very close to Lackland base. Front staff were flexible with last minute reservation changes when our flight delayed us by a day. We appreciated the laundry machines to wash our airman's stuff in evening and enjoy his company daytime.

(July 23, 2019, 11:05 am)I stayed at this location for my son’s BMT graduation at Lackland AFB. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The hallways smell a little musty, but smell did not affect room. I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not working and after dark the pool area was very dark as it appeared that some of the lights were not functioning. Breakfast was great and the hotel served it early (5:30am) to accommodate the people that needed to be at morning graduation events. Best part of stay was the friendliness and excellent service of the staff!
