  John was very accommodating from the get go,
  My husband and I were coming into San Antonio and called him at the spare of a moment .. he met us at his showroom and we picked a floor within minutes ..
  It took no time at all for them to install and transform my home .. his crew were all very courteous and professional , I would highly recommend John .

  John was very knowledgeable about the products he offers. Crews came in and worked hard all day to get the new flooring installed. Cleaned up after themselves and asked questions about specific areas of home as the agreement for flooring installation to make sure it was correct. Very pleased with the installation. GREAT JOB GUYS.

  We absolutely love our new floors. In fact I cried happy tears at how beautiful they are.
  
  the amazing experience started when John (owner) came to our home with only about two hours notice and took measurements. Because of the short notoce he did not have the samples with him so we met him at the showroom. I am so glad we did. there was so much selection to choose from. Jon was patient and knowledgeable as he explained the differences between hardwood, laminate, and WPC. we discussed our needs and he helped us choose the type of flooring then the color and style .
  
  we signed the contract wuth a price better than I had been previously quoted beginning of November to compete the work in December. A day or two later I was having reservations about the flooring so he came accross town to drop off a sample so we can see what the flooring would look like with existing furniture and cabinets .
  
  the day I found out my family I have not seen in years is coming for a visit. I called on a Thursday to see if the work could be moved up to The following Monday. I was happily delighted to hear that it could be.
  
  In between that time I talked to Jon to add and remove items from the quote and he again patiently put up with my requests.
  
  Yesterday November 18, 19 they completed the work and it is beautiful. I can't say enough good things about Presidio and the amazing work and customer service. Thank you

  Extremely professional individual, cares for his customers, great pricing, great selection and the attention to detail that John Sosa gives every one of his projects, is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend John and his people, you will not be disappointed. He has done work for me several times and several of my clients, every single one had a smile on their face. Five Stars for Presidio Flooring!!

  I called John and not only did he give us a reasonable quote, but his crew was able to complete the job sooner than the other contractors. We love our new wood look tile that they installed throughout the downstairs! Give them a call. You won't be disappointed!
