SoCAl Curls Hair Tie Reviews. Heather S.,March 31, 2015. I saw this product advertised on Hoda and KLG and just had to try it. Really comfortable to sleep in and the curls hold very well. My hair is in the shorter side so the curls were more springy than wave but I was able to pull them somewhat out.
