“Royal Window Fashions – 605 Culebra Rd, San Antonio, TX 78201 Subject: Quality place to get Window coverings. Works to make the customer happy I recently needed to order some plantation blinds for my house. I decided to go back to the business in San Antonio that I purchased the original set from in mid-2000s, Royal Window Fashions (RWF). The ownership had changed due to the previous owner being passing. However, the company was still in business, and the new owner, Rand, a previous customer to RWF had purchased the company. I called, and Rand answer the phone. He scheduled the visit to my house, arrived on time, and had researched my previous order prior to arrival. I showed Rand the area I needed to cover, and we went to work selecting something that would color match the other coverings installed – light oak color, wood grain, size, shape, etc. Rand took the measurements, and provided a free quote on the spot. Order time for these types of things is 6-8 weeks. My order arrived a week later than expected – so plan for potential delays into any timed or dependent arrangements you may have. However, once the order arrived at their office, they were quick to get the product install scheduled. Rand uses another contractor to install the Window coverings RWF sells, and this contractor is very capable, and professional. They even work Saturdays, as needed, to stay on schedule. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, quality product with down to earth honest approach, and good old fashion customer service. Tip: Deal with Rand, the owner, and Will, the installer.”

Easy menu to choose exactly what you want. And yes, the green sauce is to die for! Get here early so you grab a seat because it gets crowded pretty quickly because it’s that good!”
