“My credit card was recently compromised and when i called customer service, I spoke to a lady who was very kind, helpful and understanding and she helped reimburse the money that was scammed out of me back on my account and then advised me to go to the branch to get a temporary new card and I would receive one in the mail within 7 days. The next day, i visited this branch to get the temporary card and I was assisted by Amanda, and she also provided excellent customer service as well! Needless to say, I am a satisfied customer ????”
