There was a young man there and he was working and as soon as he saw me he came up to me and said may i help you. And i told him what was wrong . He asked me to pop my hood. He checked all of my levels they all were good. His name was Anthony i have a great experience with this young man. I will be back. I did call and speak to the manager his name was Albert Olivarez he was a nice man as I have noticed when I was in his store how all his employees and the manger works really good together. The Tech Anthony was working hard and he did always have time for the customers even though he was a busy man. That is what I like to see when I go into a shop. I am not really understanding why there are not better reviews for this manager and the tech that has helped me. please know I want pep boys to know that I wish that there were more hard working people in this world like this young man Anthony. I will be coming here to this one for my oil changes.”
