Got some drinks and went back up to the cashier who was still talking to some dude. Proceeded to pay for the merchandise and walked out the door without one single word between him and I. I guess that the conversation was more important than I was but I would not call the experience terrible. Just unprofessional. I may never know what they were discussing since I no longer speak Farsi.”

“I had a great first experience at Auto Tech Repair Inc. Jessie is honest and his prices are affordable. I heard a humming noise in my passenger wheel well and figured it must be need a wheel bearing replacement. I called the Ford dealership and a few other shops nearby, Jessie’s shop had the most positive reviews and his quote was the most affordable for me. Jessie was able to fit me in the very next day. After dropping off my truck at the shop Jessie called me about 30 minutes later to let me know about some other problems I was having on my truck that I was unaware of. No one likes to get that call that more work needs to be done but Jessie also sent pictures of what was going on and it was apparent that the work needed to be done. He gave me another affordable price and took care of my truck. He completed work a lot sooner than expected and had my old work out parts laid out to show me what he replaced and why. Again, that just shows how much Jessie cares about customer’s trust. My truck had been humming for months so I was excited to get on the road and feel the difference of the repair.
