“TLDR: Fair prices for quality work that is backed by warranty. Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and will keep you informed of work status. They'll suggest other needed work, but I didn't feel pressured to get it. Central office called a few weeks after last visit to follow up on satisfaction. A few months ago I went in with my truck and had the following done: rear brakes replaced (drums, hardware, basically everything); rear axle seal fixed; front and rear differential and transfer case flushed and refilled, power steering flushed and refilled, AC flushed and recharged. A few weeks later a parking brake cable broke (not their fault, truck is an '06 from Ohio), resulting in my right rear brake partially engaging and getting damaged. Took my truck back in, got the parking brake cables replaced and the brake replaced again. Brake was under warranty and there was no hassle from the guys about it. My truck immediately handled much better and the repairs have held up for a few thousand miles. I'm very happy with Belden and will return for maintenance and repairs.”
