“My back passanger tire was in good but just had a nail in it. Ar first I went to Discount Tire on Marbach to get it patched because I've had good service from them before. They told me that the nail was on the side of the tire and that it could not be safely patched. It was going to be 117 for a new tire. I couldn't afford that so they just put my spare on and sent me on my way. However, went I checked the tire the nail was in the middle of the tread, not off to the side. I ended up going to Fematt Tire Shop because one of my clients said he's been coming here for years and they always do a good job. When I explained to the man who assisted me that Discount Tire said they couldn't "safely remove" the nail he gave me a look of disbelief. Luckily, my tire was patched but I'm upset that Discount Tire tried to scam me into getting a new tire. Needless to say Fematt earned a new customer. :)”
