“Eddie was super helpful!!! I had a vacuum leak for my heater and I stopped in to see if they might be able to help. Eddie helped me figure out the issue and in 5 minutes it was fixed. I stopped at another mechanic down the street and they said they wouldn’t even look at it unless I left it with them. “Ken's Goodyear is a really good service station they have done a lot of work on my Chevy Suburban over the years it is an older vehicle and they have been on top of any repairs that need to get done whether it's normal general maintenance or worn out Parts they are very good at getting things done during the work day so that way I don't have to leave my vehicle overnight they keep track of your maintenance records for you so you can ask them to look them up and they provide a consistent product they are also kind enough to give you a ride to and from your workplace so that way you don't have any problem having to be stuck at the service center all day you can work at your job and then get a ride back with one of their service people at to pick up your vehicle they also provide Goodyear credit card for Approved credit people and that way if you need to pay for large purchase you can pay it out over several months and possibly with no interest. One time I had a problem with the steering gear on my vehicle that they had replaced and I went back and talked to them and have them do some test drives with it took a couple of different steps to try and alleviate the problem and when that didn't work the next time when I was in they completely replaced the damaged part and everything was like brand new and I was very happy with their service and their response I can't wait until they build their downtown location again but I continued to go out to the Fair Avenue location because they give quality work there at Ken's Goodyear many thanks.”

“This shop has remained a family go-to for as long as I can remember. Never have had any issues or suspicions regarding the credibility of this place. Once it’s fixed, it’s fixed. If you purchase your own oil they almost always take about 30 minutes or less for your oil change-one thing I noticed. Also, there’s a restaurant across the street so if you NEED to sit it out for a few that place is pretty scrumptious. Great owners, both businesses.”
