“I found Dr. Rodriguez to be very knowledgeable in his field and his wife was equally passionate about physical and mental health in general, both very kind. I was saddened when my health insurance changed and my son could no longer see him. When you can find a great doctor with great staff, you have found a great thing. I cannot say that for Dr. Rodriguez's staff. When an active patient, one of the members of his staff was quite rude to me and would make it diffilcult for me whenever she could. Even to this day I cannot say why this woman was rude to me. The ultimate is when my son was hospitalized and I attempted to reach out to Dr. Rodriguez for general but specific information and the member of his staff would not let me speak to the doctor, when I asked if I could leave a message and if he could return my call, she said that the doctor refuses to speak to me since he is not my doctor. I found this to be a total contradiction to how I saw his practice when he saw my son. Although I know that the doctor could not give specific instructions since he is not the overseeing doctor, I found refusing to speak to a former patient who left on very good terms, AWFUL. In a mental health situation, you never know what a person is going through. So my recommendation is this...Very good doctor, unsure about the quality and integrity of all of the staff.”

“Ms Lisa Anderson has been caring for my middle child for about a year now. She is a godsend! We were at our wits end when we found her. She has a very calming presence about her. She made us as well as my daughter feel very comfortable. She answered all our questions and thoroughly explains what we need to do and why at every appt. After a long struggle, she has brought our daughter back to us. I can never express our grateful we are. She is now working with our youngest daughter and we have absolute confidence in her. We know it’s just a matter of time. As for the receptionist, she has been nothing but kind and patient with us! We have never had a bad experience of any kind in this office. I would recommend this office without the slightest hesitation.”

“This Dentist Office is amazing. We have a very active little boy and they have an inside playground with a separate lobby with glass windows to see your child while doing paperwork. The actual dentist facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. I don’t actually remember the dentists name but this gentleman was super on top of it. We let him know that we weren’t sure how he would react to getting his teeth clean. But they told me to sit with him in my lap and allowed him to still watch movies on my phone while they checked and cleaned his teeth. Wonderful with young children our permanent dentist office now... will update soon with dentist name..”

“I have been going to Dr. Thompson for many years now (at least 20) and have always had a great experience. In the few instances that there was a wait (usually there is not), it has never been longer than 15 minutes. The staff is (and has always been) professional and courteous and have always been available when I needed them (e.g. emergency appointments). I cannot think of a time where I was less than pleased with everything at his office. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an optometrist.”
