The dental assistant was so gentle with my daughter and it truly was a positive experience for my daughter! Brittanii was very helpful with getting insurance information, new patients paperwork for us, made the whole experience easy and smooth! 5 stars to the whole team, they truly pay attention to the small details! Plus, they have a membership for those that don't have insurance!”

“Very good customer service! I recently received some equipment from them and found out later that my insurance had not picked up a large portion of the bill. When I called them about it, they told me they had already waived the rest of the bill, before I had even called to complain. Unless I'm misunderstanding something and this is actually too good to be true, they have a fantastic policy for protecting customers from insurance billing troubles.”

“This was another way to manage pain that I’d never tried before. I didn’t know quite what to think of it. But, it certainly had a positive effect on me. I knew of others that had gone to James and found relief where everything else they tried didn’t help. I don’t think it’s a cure all or miraculous but it’s something to tap into if other forms of massage and physical therapy haven’t done the trick. Since then, it’s had good effects other people I’ve sent to this practitioner and I’m really happy about that. This is definitely worth a try!”

“We have been patients of Dr. Tenorio and his PA for years. We actually followed the PA to the Dr and that was the best decision we could of made. They are sincere and will listen to you. This isn't the kind of clinic that you go to and you see someone different every visit. This is good old fashioned care and if you are able to become a patient you will not regret it. Do not come here if you want to be seen at the time of your appointment and out 10 minutes later. They do take their time and it is VERY well worth the wait.”

He actually called 12 different vendors/distributors until he found the pills that I needed. Walgreens kept giving me the run around and were frustrated when I would request for them to see if my pills were still on backorder.
